Welcome to Evans IT Limited. These Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) govern your use of our website (http://www.evansitltd.co.uk) and services provided by Evans IT Limited, including in-store and online purchases. By using our site or services, you agree to these T&Cs.

Scope of Services

Evans IT Limited offers the following:

  • Sale and repair of PCs, laptops, games consoles, mobile phones, tablets, and other electronic devices.
  • Sale of PC components, peripherals, and mobile accessories (e.g., chargers, plugs, headphones).
  • Sale of trading card games, hobby merchandise, Warhammer products, and related items.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue certain services or products without prior notice.

Payment and Pricing

  • Payment Methods:
    • In-store: Credit/debit cards, cash, bank transfer (for business clients).
    • Online: Credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay.
  • Payment Plans: Available exclusively for in-store purchases.
  • Taxes and Shipping: All prices include taxes. Shipping costs are calculated separately at checkout.

Order Process and Fulfillment

  • Orders are typically processed the next business day (Monday – Friday).
  • Delivery times depend on the shipping option selected at checkout.
  • Orders are currently fulfilled within the UK only.
  • Customers may choose local collection from our store.

Refunds and Returns

  • In-Store Purchases:
    • Returns for in-store purchases are eligible for store credit only. No cash or card refunds will be provided unless the product is faulty or not as described.
    • Products must be returned unopened and with all seals intact to be eligible for store credit.
  • Online Purchases:
    • Customers have 14 days from receipt of goods to request a return in compliance with UK law.
    • Products must be returned unopened and with all seals intact.
    • Customers are entitled to a refund, including the item cost and any basic delivery charges. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty.
    • Exclusions: Customised products (e.g., custom-built PCs, console mods, custom phone cases) are not eligible for returns.
  • Special Orders:
    • Products that are special order and not normally stocked (e.g., mobile handsets, expensive PC components, or games consoles) are excluded from returns once paid. This includes delays caused by shipping providers.
  • Faulty items are eligible for replacement or refund as per UK consumer law.

Warranty

  • New products include a standard 12-month warranty or a longer warranty provided by the manufacturer.
  • Warranty exclusions are determined by the manufacturer.

Limitation of Liability

  • Evans IT Limited is not responsible for:
    • Data loss during repairs. Customers are responsible for backing up their data prior to service.
    • Incorrect shipping addresses provided during checkout. Ensure all details are accurate before finalising orders.
    • Delays, losses, or damages caused by shipping providers.
  • In the event data must be wiped during a repair or calibration process, this step will be completed as necessary to ensure successful service.

Customer Obligations

  • Customers must provide accurate and complete information during checkout.
  • Misuse of our website or services, including fraudulent activity, is strictly prohibited.

Prohibited Uses

Customers agree not to use our services or website for:

  • Illegal purposes.
  • Uploading or transmitting malicious software or viruses.
